Re-Energize You in 7 Minutes
Excellent for Busy Executives
The ancient Chinese practices of Tai Chi and Qi Gong (pronounced CHEE-gung) combine slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises. Instead, both Tai Chi and Qi Gong are martial arts that can help your circulation, balance, and alignment.\
As traditional Tai Chi is usually very long and takes over 45 minutes to practice, Grandmaster Weizhao Wu shortened the learnings to a simple to do 7-step. It brings the best of tai chi and Qi Gong together.
- Improve general health
- Balance blood pressure
- Boost Chi and vital life force energy
- Excellent for joints and digestion
- A short form is just 10 minutes to practice
- Warmup exercises of 10 minutes for chi building and excellent health
(Master Teresa Yeung is the successor now to the Grandmaster Wu's linkeage.)
Enjoy and it will help your qi gong practice and also help those wish to do better tai chi too.
